U.S.$15,000,000,000 GLOBAL MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAM
PETRONAS Capital Limited and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) established a U.S.$15,000,000,000 global medium term note program for the issuance of notes from time to time (the “Program”) on March 4, 2015. The renewal of the listing of the Program on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) for an additional 12-month period commencing March 29, 2016 was recently completed, and in connection with that listing the attached announcement was made on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
