Enhanced Perforate, Wash & Cement (PWC) method In P&A wells (TC14)

2021 Success Stories - 29 Oct

Pain Points:

The current Enhanced Perforate, Wash & Cement (PWC) assessment process has a low success rate, with only 50% of squeeze cement jobs being successful.

Requirements:

The current Enhanced Perforate, Wash & Cement (PWC) process requires a higher success rate to remove 70%-90% of old cement. It must enable controlled perforation to prevent damage to the outer casing, optimize the number of washing cycles to reduce time, and provide a high-flow cement placement mechanism through perforated casing.

Winner:

Integratus Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd's "C4 (Cut, Centralise, Clean, Cement) PWC System." This integrated tool uses a mechanical perforator, high-force jetting, casing vibration, and forced flow for efficient, safe cement removal and fluid displacement with a compact design.
