PETRONAS invites companies to bid for one (1) DRO Cluster available in MBR 2026:

Companies are required to refer to the MBR 2026 ITB and Bid Guideline, which provide guidance on how to complete and submit bid(s) for the DRO Cluster offered. The ITB and Bid Guideline will be accessible to PETRONAS myPROdata subscribers starting 10 February 2026.
Each company must register a focal person as its sole representative for matters related to the Company Qualification Process via the MBR Online Portal.
Company representatives are required to complete the Company Qualification exercise to assess the company’s capability to become a Petroleum Arrangement Contractor (PAC) in Malaysia. Please refer to the MBR 2026 Bid Guideline and the Company Qualification and Evaluation Criteria for more information.

Company is required to register a focal person as company sole representative on matters related to the Company Qualification Process at MBR Online Portal. Only companies subscribed to PETRONAS myPROdata will be granted access to submit their company qualifications and manage their participation in the bid round.
