​With Ramadan well underway, Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) has taken the opportunity to spread positivity and support during this festive season and help those in need. Through the "Program Penyerahan Sumbangan Sempena Ramadan 1441H/2020M," 350 families from 9 nearby villages within Pengerang vicinity received basic necessities aid.

 

The program held on 9 May 2020 at the Pejabat Penghulu Mukim Pantai Timur saw a total of RM70,000 distributed with RM35,000 worth of food supplies contributed by PIC and another RM35,000 in the form of Duit Raya from Badan Kebajikan Islam PETRONAS (BAKIP). Not to be outdone, the benevolent PETRONAS staff raised the ante with another RM5,000 of wang Zakat collected were distributed to eligible Asnafs.

 

PIC believes in doing things that matter while concurrently trying to make a difference to the surrounding community and undeniably the program has made a difference in the lives of these families during these unprecedented times.
