PETRONAS' Personnel are Safe Amidst Armed Clashes in Sudan

Following reports of the ongoing armed clashes in the Republic of Sudan, PETRONAS wishes to confirm that the sole PETRONAS employee, other Malaysians and residents in the PETRONAS Sudan Complex in Khartoum (the Complex) are safe and accounted for.

Other PETRONAS Group employees are also safe in their respective homes or outside of the country.

The Complex has both residential and office premises including the offices of the Malaysian Embassy in Khartoum.

PETRONAS is closely monitoring the situation and is working closely with relevant authorities to ensure the safety of all personnel, which remains our utmost priority.
