PETRONAS today announced the setting up of a seed fund called ‘Care for MH17’.
For a start, the national oil company will contribute RM10 million to the fund to assist the government in providing support to the families of the victims.
PETRONAS also calls on all business corporations from within and outside the oil and gas industry to pull their resources towards the fund. Queries pertaining to the fund can be channeled via email at careforMH017@petronas.com.my
The company’s management and staff are deeply saddened by the tragedy and wish to convey their heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of those on board the flight.
