Relocation Of L&R Consultation Counter (Petronas Twin Towers) From Level 36, Tower 1 To Level 9, Tower 1 - Effective 16 March 2018

Dear Valued Vendors, 

We are pleased to announce that Licensing & Registration (L&R) Consultation Counter will start its operation at Level 9, Tower 1 starting 16.03.2018 (Monday). Our L&R Consultation Counter and Call Centre operation will be closed early at 12.15 pm on 13.03.2018 (Friday) for the relocation exercise. 

We will resume our normal operation on 16.03.2018 (Monday) at Level 9, Tower 1 as follows:

Monday – Thursday
Time (Morning): 8.30 am – 12.30 pm
Time (Afternoon): 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm 

Friday
Time (Morning): 8.30 am – 12.30 pm
Time (Afternoon): 3.00 pm – 4.30 pm 

Call Centre

Monday – Thursday
Time (Morning): 8.30 am – 12.45 pm
Time (Afternoon): 2.15 pm – 5.00 pm 

Friday
Time (Morning): 8.30 am – 12.45 pm
Time (Afternoon): 2.45 pm – 5.00 pm
