The Source-to-Pay (S2P) Release 3 of GEP Smart TM platform is now live!
Dear Valued Partners,
We are pleased to inform you that the full S2P functions of our GEP SMART™ procurement platform for Release 3 OPU's is now live and accessible to you! You will now be able to view your awarded contracts, receive and acknowledge purchase orders, view goods acceptance, create service confirmations, and submit invoices via payment request, all in GEP SMARTTM!
We are pleased to inform you that the full S2P functions of our GEP SMART™ procurement platform for Release 3 OPU's is now live and accessible to you! You will now be able to view your awarded contracts, receive and acknowledge purchase orders, view goods acceptance, create service confirmations, and submit invoices via payment request, all in GEP SMARTTM!
In line with our implementation plan, PETRONAS OPU's will be onboarded onto GEP SMART™ by releases. Please refer to the timeline below for the latest release schedule as you are expected to maintain access in both systems (SUS and GEP SMART™) based on the OPU's that you serve.

Important Notice
- Due to migration, you may notice that your PO line items are “Cancelled” in SUS. This only means that they have been migrated into GEP SMART™.
- Upon go-live, we require you to validate your PO quantity & value and acknowledge the PO in GEP SMART™.
- Additionally, please ensure that you acknowledge your PO in SUS so that their status is updated from “In Progress” to “Confirmed”.
- New PO numbers will be generated in GEP SMART™ with a new series format; however, you may still search using the old PO numbers in GEP SMART™. Upon go-live, you must use and refer to the new PO number generated in GEP SMART™ for all delivery activities.
- PO migration activities is only expected to complete by end of day 25 January 2021, therefore kindly note that some PO's may not be immediately available upon go-live. Do check in regularly after go-live and report to supplier.servicedesk@petronas.com if your PO is still not available after 25 January 2021.
