PETRONAS has been honoured with the National Oil Company (NOC) Partnership Excellence Award at the Energy Council Singapore Awards of Excellence 2026, marking the third consecutive year PETRONAS has received this recognition.

Organised by The Energy Council, the award recognises PETRONAS’ continued commitment to strengthening regional collaboration through strategic partnerships with industry players, including Eni, TotalEnergies, Pertamina, PetroVietnam, Timor Gap and MedcoEnergi. These partnerships continue to support shared value creation and long-term energy development across the region.

The award was received on behalf of PETRONAS by Puan Norbashinatun Salmi Bt M Nordin, General Manager, DRA, RDM, Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM/PETH), who also served as a Distinguished Speaker at the event in Singapore.

This recognition reflects PETRONAS’ ongoing efforts to foster trusted partnerships and contribute towards a more collaborative and sustainable energy future.

PETRONAS reinforced our reputation as a preferred employer among Malaysia’s young talent, emerging as Champion in six (6) categories and retaining our overall No.2 position for the second consecutive year based on votes from undergraduate students nationwide. The recognition, together with the 1st and 2nd Runner-up achievements by BASF PETRONAS Chemicals and Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS respectively, strengthened PETRONAS’ strong employer brand and sustained industry reputation, while reflecting the continued confidence of Malaysia’s future leaders in the organisation.
